Shri Manohar Real Estate ("SRM Estate", "we", "us") builds and sells residential plots and homes in Vrindavan, Mathura and Govardhan, Uttar Pradesh. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and city.
- Enquiry details: the project you are interested in, your budget range, timeline, and whether you are buying for your own use or as an investment.
- Conversations: messages you send us on WhatsApp and the content of phone calls with our team or our automated assistant, including call recordings and transcripts where permitted by law.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, share project details and rate sheets, and schedule site visits.
- To follow up on your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp. We only message you on WhatsApp after you have contacted us first, and you can stop at any time by replying "STOP".
- To improve the quality of our service, including reviewing recorded conversations for training and accuracy.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including property registration requirements.
Automated assistants
Some of our first responses on WhatsApp and phone are handled by an AI assistant that works from our project information. It may ask qualifying questions and book a site visit on your behalf. A member of our team reviews these conversations, and you may ask to speak to a person at any point.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: cloud hosting and databases, WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), telephony and voice-assistant providers, and email delivery. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information. Registered channel partners who introduced you to us can see the status of that introduction, not your conversations.
Retention
We keep enquiry records and conversations for as long as needed to serve you and for up to five years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
- Opt out of WhatsApp or phone follow-ups at any time.
- Withdraw consent for call recording by telling the person or assistant on the call.
