Information about projects
Project details, layouts, sizes, amenities and distances are provided for general information and may change as projects progress. Prices are shared personally by our team and are not offers until confirmed in writing. Approval status of each project is stated on request and documented at the site visit. Nothing on the services is a legal offer to sell; a sale happens only through a signed agreement and registry.
Enquiries, site visits and callbacks
Booking a site visit or callback is a request, which our team confirms by phone. Our automated assistant may capture your details and preferences to speed this up. Please give accurate information so we can serve you well.
WhatsApp and phone communication
We contact you on WhatsApp only after you have messaged us, and by phone in response to an enquiry or callback request. You can stop follow-ups at any time. Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy; see our privacy policy.
Accounts and portals
Customers and channel partners are responsible for keeping their login details safe and for activity under their account. Channel partner registration is subject to our approval and partner agreement.
Resale listings
Resale listings are submitted by owners and verified by our team before publication. We facilitate introductions between buyers and owners and are not a party to those transactions unless separately agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, attempt to access other users' data, send unsolicited messages through our channels, or post false listings or information.
Liability
We take care to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the services are free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
